摘要

学前教育机构的教学工作是一门需要专业知识和技术的专门职业。目前,幼儿教育从业人员专业化方面存在的一些问题对中国学前教育质量产生了负面影响。本文分析了学前教育教师专业化的必要性,指出了中国教育界在建设专业化学前教育师资队伍方面所面临的挑战。并提出了加强中国学前教育师资队伍建设的相关策略。
