The data processing was carried out using the Eviews12 analysis tool. The results show that Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Equity, Earning Per Share and Dividend Policy partially have a significant effect on Company Value. However, partial company size does not have a significant effect on company value. 摘要

本研究旨在确定资产负债率、净资产收益率、每股收益、公司规模和股利政策对印尼伊斯兰教股票指数中物业与房地产行业上市公司价值的部分或同时影响。本研究使用的是 2019 年至 2021 年的年度数据。本研究使用的数据为二手数据,使用已公布的财务报告并通过相关公司网站获取。本研究使用的模型是面板数据固定效应模型、经典假设检验和假设检验,显著性值为 5%。数据处理使用 Eviews12 分析工具进行。结果显示,资产负债率、净资产收益率、每股收益和股利政策对公司价值有显著影响。然而,部分公司规模对公司价值没有显著影响。同时,资产负债率、净资产收益率、每股收益、公司规模和股利政策对印尼伊斯兰教股票指数上市的房地产行业公司的价值有重大影响。
