摘要

本研究旨在确定印度尼西亚监察员办公室员工在工作与生活平衡、弹性时间安排和生活满意度方面因教育水平而存在的差异。本研究采用定量研究方法。研究对象为印度尼西亚共和国监察专员,样本为 102 名员工。抽样技术采用随机抽样的方式,对具有高中、文凭、学士学位、二级和三级教育背景的员工进行抽样。数据分析技术使用社会科学统计软件包(SPSS)应用软件和双向方差分析来检验研究假设。研究结果表明,不同教育程度的员工在工作与生活平衡方面没有差异,sig 值为 0.245>0.05;不同教育程度的员工在弹性时间安排方面存在差异,p 值为 0.030<0.05;不同教育程度的员工在生活满意度方面存在差异,p 值为 0.024<0.05。对进一步研究的建议是开展更多的研究,以获得更多的信息,并寻找解决方案来提高里奇蒙德监察专员雇员的生活满意度,可以通过灵活的时间安排来鼓励这种生活满意度,从而使工作与生活的平衡能够在每个雇员的工作中得到很好和适当的贯彻。
