It is shown that the observed broadening of the B and Q bands and the hypsochromic shift of the maxima in the absorption spectra are associated with the central atom. With a decrease in the thickness of MPc films, there is a decrease in the value of the half-width of the absorption spectra. The effect of the thickness of phthalocyanine films on the efficiency of generation and transport of charge carriers in the FTO/MPc/Al cell was studied. It is shown that the VAC increases almost 2.5 times compared to a photocell based on a metal-free phthalocyanine. 摘要
