A comprehensive assessment framework is proposed, which allocates credits to these factors based on their significance. The developed framework provides a practical tool for evaluating and promoting sustainable land use practices in the construction industry. The research underscores the need for considering land use impacts throughout the entire life cycle of buildings and emphasizes the importance of integrating sustainable practices into construction processes.
