The research was conducted to understand the impact of digital transformation on the firm performance of Vietnamese small and medium enterprises. The number of survey samples is 930 and the SEM method is used to process data using SmartPLS 4.0 software. Research results show that digital transformation has a positive impact on business performance. The research results also confirm the mediating role of digital innovation and the moderating role of CSR for customers. This study clarifies the connection between digital information and firm performance in Vietnamese small and medium-sized enterprises, diversifying the results of business performance analysis. 摘要 数字化转型不仅是一种时尚,也是企业简化流程、为客户提供价值和提高生产力的重要机遇。本研究旨在了解数字化转型对越南中小企业公司绩效的影响。调查样本数量为 930 个,使用 SmartPLS 4.0 软件以 SEM 方法处理数据。研究结果表明,数字化转型对企业绩效有积极影响。研究结果还证实了数字化创新的中介作用和企业社会责任对客户的调节作用。本研究阐明了越南中小企业数字化信息与企业绩效之间的联系,使企业绩效分析结果更加多样化。此外,企业可以利用研究成果作为跳板,制定有助于可持续发展的数字化活动部署战略。
