For this analysis, the data from 272 female workers with disability among 4,577 from the main versions for the 2nd wave data of 7th(2022) “Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled(PSED)” released by the Korea Employment Agency for Persons with Disabilities. It conducted frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, hierarchical regression analysis, mediating effect analysis, SPSS and Macro PROCESS were used for data analysis. The summary of the research results is as follows. First, it was found that the self-efficacy of female disabled workers who have spouses had a significant positive effect on daily life satisfaction. Second, self-efficacy was found to have a positive effect on job satisfaction. Third, it was found that job satisfaction partially mediated between self-efficacy and daily life satisfaction.
