The summary of the research results is as follows. First, it was found that the self-efficacy of female disabled workers who have spouses had a significant positive effect on daily life satisfaction. Second, self-efficacy was found to have a positive effect on job satisfaction. Third, it was found that job satisfaction partially mediated between self-efficacy and daily life satisfaction. 摘要

本研究旨在调查工作满意度在自我效能感对有配偶的残疾女工日常生活满意度影响中的中介效应,以提高她们的日常生活满意度。本研究选取了韩国残疾人雇用厅发布的第 7 次(2022 年)"残疾人雇用面板调查(PSED)"第 2 波数据的主要版本,从 4 577 名残疾女工中选取了 272 名残疾女工的数据进行分析。研究使用 SPSS 和 Macro PROCESS 对数据进行了频数分析、描述性统计、相关分析、层次回归分析、中介效应分析。研究结果总结如下。首先,研究发现有配偶的残疾女工的自我效能感对日常生活满意度有显著的正向影响。第二,发现自我效能感对工作满意度有积极影响。第三,研究发现工作满意度在自我效能感和日常生活满意度之间起到了部分中介作用。根据研究结果,它为提高有配偶的残疾女工的日常生活满意度提供了政策和实践启示。
