[SOCIALIZATION AND COMMUNITY ASSISTANCE IN EFFORTS TO MANAGE DIAPER WASTE TO BECOME FERTILIZER] Diaper waste can decompose completely in a long timeand even thrown into any place that can cause environmental pollution. Innovation is needed to deal with the problem of diaper waste and increase knowledge and skills as well as foster community awareness about household diaper waste treatment. This activity aims to provide knowledge and understanding of the community. The method used was a pre-experimental design through a one-group pretest-posttest design approach. The series of activities included pre-testing, material presentation and video demonstration of how to process diaper waste, discussion and question and answer sessions, and post-testing. After the implementation of the activity, it was found that there was an increase in the knowledge, skills, and understanding of the participants about processing diaper waste into fertilizer as indicated by an increase in the average post-test score of 11.50. Through this activity, it is hoped that it can help overcome environmental pollution due to diaper waste.
