Therefore, this paper proposes an emotion model (MAML) based on mixed attention and multi-level dependence of images, which uses spatial and channel attention mechanisms to extract local emotion region features of images. Bi-directional Long Short Term Memory network (BiLSTM) is used to establish correlation between multi-level image global features. 摘要

社交网络的发展带来了大量的图像信息,图像情感研究也逐渐引起了广泛关注。目前基于多层次特征的图像情感分析方法只是简单地将各个层次的特征进行拼接,然后进行情感分类,这不仅忽略了不同层次特征之间的相关性,也忽视了全局特征与局部特征之间的协同效应。因此,本文提出了一种基于混合注意和图像多级依赖的情绪模型(MAML),利用空间注意和通道注意机制提取图像的局部情绪区域特征。双向长短期记忆网络(BiLSTM)用于建立多层次图像全局特征之间的相关性。MAML 模型在艺术照片和抽象数据集上的实验结果证明了 MAML 模型的有效性。
