SD Inpres Kema II, (4) Obstacles encountered in implementing school-based management at SD Inpres Kema II, (5) How to overcome obstacles in implementing school-based management at SD INpres Kema II. This study used a qualitative approach with case study design. The data collection techniques used were: (1) Observation, (2) In-depth Interviews, and (3) Documentation Study. 摘要

本研究旨在探讨:(1)SD Inpres Kema II 实施校本管理的情况;(2)校长在 SD Inpres Kema II 实施校本管理中的作用;(3)社区作为利益相关者在 SD Inpres Kema II 实施校本管理中的作用。(4) 在 SD Inpres Kema II 实施校本管理过程中遇到的障碍,(5) 如何克服在 SD Inpres Kema II 实施校本管理过程中遇到的障碍。本研究采用案例研究的定性方法。采用的数据收集技术包括(1) 观察;(2) 深度访谈;(3) 文件研究。数据分析结果如下:(1) 卡马二区学校已准备好通过成立学校委员会来实施校本管理,(2) 校长在实施校本管理中扮演着非常重要的角色,(3) 卡马二区学校利益相关者对实施校本管理的态度是积极的、(4) 一小部分学校社区仍然存在意见分歧、不参与学校的每项工作计划等障碍, (5) 领导和下属之间需要双向交流,克服障碍的方式可以是激励和培训。
