SD Inpres Kema II, (4) Obstacles encountered in implementing school-based management at SD Inpres Kema II, (5) How to overcome obstacles in implementing school-based management at SD INpres Kema II. This study used a qualitative approach with case study design. The data collection techniques used were: (1) Observation, (2) In-depth Interviews, and (3) Documentation Study. From the results of data analysis, the following findings were obtained: (1) SD Inpres Kema II is ready to implement School-Based Management by forming a school committee, (2) The Principal has a very important role in implementing School Based Management, (3) Attitude of Stakeholders in the implementation of School-Based Management at SD Inpres Kema II is positive, (4) Obstacles in the form of differences of opinion, not involving themselves in every school work program are still inherent in a small portion of the school community, (5) Two-way communication between leaders and subordinates is needed in Overcoming obstacles that occur can take the form of motivation and training.","PeriodicalId":507389,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Social Research","volume":"145 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0000,"publicationDate":"2023-11-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":"0","resultStr":"{\"title\":\"Implementation of School-Based Management at SD Inpres Kema II\",\"authors\":\"Deissy Wenda Rau, T. 摘要
本研究旨在探讨:(1)SD Inpres Kema II 实施校本管理的情况;(2)校长在 SD Inpres Kema II 实施校本管理中的作用;(3)社区作为利益相关者在 SD Inpres Kema II 实施校本管理中的作用。(4) 在 SD Inpres Kema II 实施校本管理过程中遇到的障碍,(5) 如何克服在 SD Inpres Kema II 实施校本管理过程中遇到的障碍。本研究采用案例研究的定性方法。采用的数据收集技术包括(1) 观察;(2) 深度访谈;(3) 文件研究。数据分析结果如下:(1) 卡马二区学校已准备好通过成立学校委员会来实施校本管理,(2) 校长在实施校本管理中扮演着非常重要的角色,(3) 卡马二区学校利益相关者对实施校本管理的态度是积极的、(4) 一小部分学校社区仍然存在意见分歧、不参与学校的每项工作计划等障碍, (5) 领导和下属之间需要双向交流,克服障碍的方式可以是激励和培训。
