A profound analysis of the conceptual and categorical apparatus is conducted, and the essence of the concept of resocialisation of juvenile convicts in modern pedagogical theory and practice of penitentiary institutions is revealed. The author examines the generally accepted classification of the forms of organisation of educational work with juvenile convicts by the entity to which the educational influence is addressed, namely: individual, group, and public forms. The author also describes the essence of the corrections measures for juvenile convicts, namely: formation and correction of consciousness; formation and correction of positive experience of behaviour and activity; additional motivation and stimulation of positive behaviour; monitoring of the outcomes of education. 摘要

文章确定并阐述了现代教养机构中少年犯再社会化的理论和应用原则。文章对概念和分类装置进行了深入分析,揭示了现代教育理论和监狱机构实践中少年犯再社会化概念的本质。作者研究了普遍接受的少年犯教育工作组织形式的分类,即按照教育影响的对象进行分类:个人形式、集体形式和公共形式。作者还阐述了少年犯管教措施的实质,即:意识的形成和矫正;行为和活动积极经验的形成和矫正;积极行为的额外激励和刺激;教育成果的监督。本文确定了组织和实施对少年犯的法律、劳动、道德、伦理、艺术、审美、体育、卫生保健、宗教教养和社会教育工作的过程。
