In assisting the analysis of student satisfaction, a fuzzy logic method is applied, namely Fuzzy Tsukamoto. The Tsukamoto method is an extension of monotone reasoning. In the Tsukamoto method, every consequence of a rule in the form of an If-Then must be represented by a fuzzy set with a monotonous membership function. The results of this study are that the application of Student Online Learning Satisfaction Analysis using the Tsukamoto algorithm has been successfully implemented and produces rules that are in accordance with what is desired. 摘要

摘要 为了提高服务质量,需要有设施和基础设施来支持所提供的服务流程。从服务的输入、过程到输出,都需要妥善处理。需要与社区保持良好的关系和沟通,努力保持服务过程的连续性。在协助分析学生满意度时,采用了一种模糊逻辑方法,即模糊塚本法。冢本法是单调推理的延伸。在冢本法中,"如果-那么 "规则的每一个结果都必须用一个具有单调成员函数的模糊集来表示。研究结果表明,使用塚本算法的学生在线学习满意度分析应用已成功实施,并产生了符合预期的规则。 关键词: 应用 模糊逻辑 学生满意度
