This study aims to analyze the effect of competence and work facilities on job satisfaction and employee performance at Bali Saraswati Spa Academy. The number of samples involved in this study was 50 using the saturated sample method. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. Data analysis using SEM-PLS. The results showed that competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work facilities have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, competency has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, work facilities have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. , Job satisfaction can mediate the influence of competence on employee performance
