摘要
本研究旨在考察 2016-2021 年期间在印尼证券交易所上市的物业和房地产行业公司的流动性比率、资产负债率、投资回报率等财务业绩对股票价格的影响。所用自变量为财务业绩，因变量为股票价格。本研究使用的数据为二手数据。人口和样本为 8 个样本乘以 6 年，因此共有 48 个样本。样本采用目的抽样法选出。本研究采用多元线性分析方法，使用 SPSS IBM 22 和 Microsoft Excel 2010 进行处理。研究结果表明，流动性比率、资产负债率、投资回报率等财务绩效自变量对股票价格有显著影响。
