Hartono","doi":"10.47467/reslaj.v6i3.4807","DOIUrl":null,"url":null,"abstract":"The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship between the quality of management, workplace discipline, and staff productivity at the Boyolali Regency Ministry of Religion. Quantitative description is used in this kind of study. Employees at the Kantor Kementerian Agama in Kabupaten Boyolali were polled using a questionnaire. Employees of the Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Boyolali were the subjects of this investigation. This study has a sample size of 44 people. Saturated sampling is being used. Classical tests of assumptions, multiple linear regression tests, hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination are all examples of methods that may be used to analyze data. Processing is done using IDM SPSS Statistics 26. This study found that three variables had a positive and statistically significant effect on employee output: leadership quality, disciplinary measures, and the physical setting of the workplace. 摘要
本研究的目的是分析博约拉里宗教部的管理质量、工作场所纪律和员工生产率之间的关系。本研究采用定量描述法。研究人员使用调查问卷对博约拉里区 Kantor Kementerian Agama 的员工进行了调查。Kabupaten Boyolali Kantor Kementerian Agama 的员工是本次调查的对象。本研究的样本量为 44 人。采用饱和抽样法。经典假设检验、多元线性回归检验、假设检验和判定系数都是可用于分析数据的方法。数据处理使用的是 IDM SPSS 统计 26。本研究发现，领导素质、纪律措施和工作场所的物理环境这三个变量对员工的产出有积极的、统计上显著的影响。 关键词员工绩效、领导素质、纪律措施、工作环境
