The Microsoft Excel application was used to perform the reactor design calculations. According to the calculated values of the batch reactor design in the CuO process of production, the reactor has a volume of 20.5254 ft3 and a height of 5.0738 ft. The reactor has one stirrer with four blades and a power of one horsepower.
