摘要

本文旨在通过分析工人对工作方法数字化的看法,研究企业和工人之间的动态关系,从企业实施的组织解决方案和对工人的情感影响两方面入手,为有关知识管理的文献做出贡献。具体而言,本研究旨在回答三个研究问题,即:(1) 员工对远程工作中自我管理技能的看法;(2) 员工对技能提升的满意度;(3) 远程工作的情感影响。在进行文献综述和定义解释模型后,通过调查进行了实证分析。研究结果表明,工人的年龄、使用数字和技术工具的能力以及工作地点等方面是影响他们对大流行病危机导致的工作程序数字化转型的反应的主要因素。

The journal incorporates insights from the fields of economics, management, law, sociology, anthropology, psychology, and political science to shed new light on the evolving role of knowledge, with a particular emphasis on how innovation can be leveraged to provide solutions to complex problems and issues, including global crises in environmental sustainability, education, and economic development. Articles emphasize empirical studies, underscoring a comparative approach, and, to a lesser extent, case studies and theoretical articles. The journal balances practice/application and theory/concepts.
