The instrument of this research is a Likert Scale model questionnaire. Before use, the questionnaire was first tested for validity and reliability. The collected material is processed by finding the average value. The research results show that pedagogical competence is seen from (1) Understanding of students with a score of 52% with fairly good criteria. (2) The design and implementation of learning received a score of 62% with fairly good criteria. (3) The use of learning technology received a score of 42% with poor criteria. (4) Evaluation of learning outcomes received a score of 62% on fairly good criteria. (5) Developing students' potential, getting a score of 55% with fairly good criteria. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the pedagogical competence of teachers at SMA Negeri 2 Sungai Limau is at quite good criteria with an average score of 57.33%. 摘要

本研究旨在获取信息和描述教师的教学能力。本研究的数据分析技术采用定量描述性统计。研究对象为 SMA N 2 Sungai Limau 的十一年级学生,共计 225 人,样本量为 45 人。抽样采用简单随机抽样技术。本研究的工具是李克特量表模型问卷。在使用之前,首先对问卷的有效性和可靠性进行了测试。对收集到的材料进行了处理,求出了平均值。研究结果表明,教学能力主要体现在以下几个方面:(1)对学生的理解能力,52%的学生达到了相当好的标准。(2) 学习的设计和实施得分为 62%,标准相当好。(3) 学习技术的使用得分为 42%,标准较差。(4) 学习成果的评价得分为 62%,标准相当好。(5) 开发学生潜能,得分为 55%,标准相当好。根据研究结果,可以得出结论,SMA Negeri 2 Sungai Limau 的教师的教学能力达到了相当好的标准,平均得分为 57.33%。这需要引起重视,以提高教师的能力,从而使教学活动与计划同步进行,达到预期目标。
