摘要

脊柱创伤占脊柱部位损伤的很大一部分,特别是随着社会进入人口老龄化时代。因此,伴有骨质疏松症的脊柱骨折越来越普遍。对于脊柱骨折并伴有骨质疏松症的患者来说,成功实施融合手术更具挑战性。脊柱假关节并不会产生良好的临床效果;然而,为了实现成功的融合,人们已经付出了巨大的努力,而骨移植替代物在这方面的进步尤为关键。自体移植骨被认为是最好的融合材料,但由于手术中可采集的数量和相关并发症,其使用受到限制。因此,目前正在使用各种骨移植替代物,但没有具体的指导方针,这主要取决于外科医生的选择。因此,本综述第一/第二部分的目的是总结脊柱创伤患者脊柱融合手术中常用的骨移植替代物,并更新关于重组人骨形态发生蛋白-2作用的最新知识。
