导言 乌干达的医患比例仍然远远低于建议的水平。要解决这一问题,就必须增加乌干达每年培养的医生数量。这方面的尝试一直在进行,但由于缺乏通用的医学课程,质量保证计划的缺失使这一尝试面临挑战。由于监督不足和医疗机构资源有限,从学生生活过渡到临床实践可能是实习医生最具挑战性的时期。我们利用医学总会提供的能力领域来评估乌干达实习医生(PRINTs)的自我认知能力水平及其决定因素。
