Immunomodulatory activity was determined in the whole blood by their effect on the ability of phagocytic cells to generate reactive oxygen species.Results. In cell-free model systems, the studied drug composition suppressed the activation of free radical oxidative processes induced by the iron sulfate, while at the same time enhancing the production of reactive oxygen species by leukocytes.Conclusions. 摘要

该研究的目的是评估为综合治疗女性生殖系统疾病而开发的妇科胶囊(卵巢胶囊)的抗自由基和免疫调节作用。妇科胶囊(卵黄素)的抗自由基活性是在无细胞模型系统中通过抑制因引入硫酸铁而导致的自由基过度产生的能力来评估的。免疫调节活性是通过影响吞噬细胞产生活性氧的能力来确定的。在无细胞模型系统中,所研究的药物成分抑制了硫酸铁诱导的自由基氧化过程的激活,同时增强了白细胞产生活性氧的能力。研究结果表明,所开发的妇科胶囊具有抗自由基和免疫调节活性,因此可将其视为治疗女性生殖系统疾病的有效工具。
