It is found that: the air pollution loss caused by the emission of eight pollutants of low-carbon tourism energy consumption in Jiangsu province ranges from 142.92 million yuan to 253.93 million yuan, and the air pollution loss of low-carbon tourism energy consumption emission in 13 prefecture-level cities is the largest in Nanjing, which produces an air pollution loss of 387.69 million yuan in 2019, and the lowest air pollution loss year is 2020, with an air pollution loss of 2430.02 million yuan. 摘要

为探讨江苏省低碳旅游能耗污染物排放大气污染损失测算,本文在背景分析、文献综述和研究设计的基础上,选取江苏省13个地级市为研究对象,通过重构大气污染损失影子价格模型,利用政府提供的2013-2021年统计数据,对江苏省13个旅游区能耗污染物排放大气污染损失测算进行了研究。研究发现:江苏省低碳旅游能耗八项污染物排放造成的大气污染损失从14292万元到25393万元不等,13个地级市低碳旅游能耗排放大气污染损失最大的是南京,2019年产生的大气污染损失为38769万元,大气污染损失最低的年份是2020年,大气污染损失为24302万元。因此,要降低江苏省13个地级市以及8项能耗污染物的大气污染损失,应特别关注最大指数以及最小指数,通过最大限度降低大气污染损失指数以及保持最低大气污染损失指数等策略,控制全省低碳旅游能耗污染物排放造成的经济损失。
