The factors that constitute the objective function of efficiency were identified through the operation plans submitted by the specialized centers, and DEA analyzed the improvement factors and levels of inefficient specialized centers through the CCR and BCC models, and then conducted an additional super-efficiency analysis to compare the relative efficiency levels among the efficiency groups. As a result of the analysis, the inefficiency of specialized centers in the meteorological/climate/environmental fields was identified from the reference group, and the need for improvement and the level of improvement of input and output variables were identified. 作为提高韩国超级计算机联合利用资源运行效率的一项措施,利用 DEA 进行了效率分析,得出了七个专业中心运行计划的输入和输出因素的改进水平。通过各专业中心提交的运营计划确定了构成效率目标函数的因素,DEA 通过 CCR 和 BCC 模型分析了低效率专业中心的改进因素和水平,然后又进行了超效率分析,比较了各效率组之间的相对效率水平。分析结果显示,气象/气候/环境领域专业中心的低效率是从参照组中识别出来的,并确定了投入和产出变量的改进需求和改进水平。此外,作者还提出了改进建立资源和业务目标的方法,如联合利用率,以确保政府层面在建立联合利用资源方面的财政效率。
