Síndrome de Kounis inducido por ceftriaxona: informe de un caso y revisión de la literatura

Kounis syndrome is defined as cardiovascular symptoms that occur secondary to allergic or hypersensitivity insults, and is also called allergic angina and allergic myocardial infarction. We report a case of pre-operative ceftriaxone-induced Kounis syndrome with no evident dermatological manifestation, and describe our diagnostic dilemma.
