According to the multimodal imaging, pathologically confirmed to suffer a cardiac metastasis from small cell lung cancer. EP-regimen (Etoposide 0.1gd 1-5+Nedaplatin 30mgd 1-4) was selected for the systemic chemotherapy of the patient. This case report focuses on a massive pulmonary metastasis filling almost the entire left atrium.
