Understanding the barriers and facilitators to disability disclosure is key to the provision of appropriate workplace support.</p><p><strong>Growing points: </strong>our review shows that both individual and socio-environmental factors influence choice and experience of disclosure of non-visible disabilities in educational workplaces.
