The study used quantitative analysis and focus group interaction to determine the critical influencing factors and crucial constituent parts for workforce diversity in an organization by allocating appropriate weightage to key traits.\nFindings: This study suggests that the ABCD framework is suitable for use in the analysis and evaluation of a business model, concept, product, strategy, or system. Academics working in a variety of fields frequently employ this technique to evaluate research articles. According to a quantitative ABCD analysis of staff diversity in a firm, advantage factors have a significant impact on the success of the organization.
