The findings provide insights into the approaches couples employ to navigate the challenges and demands of dual careers and family responsibilities. The implications of the findings are discussed for individuals, organizations, and policymakers. Time management strategies emphasize the effective allocation and prioritization of time for work and family domains. Communication and collaboration underscore the importance of open and honest dialogue between partners. Flexible work arrangements are recognized as a vital adaptive strategy, necessitating options that accommodate the diverse needs of dual-income earner couples.
