摘要

目前,人们从民主和参与的原则来理解学校管理,从而对学校管理者参与学生学习过程的成败有了更复杂的认识。从这个意义上说,对学校管理者这一概念的认识变得更加宽泛,涉及到直接或间接影响特定学校机构教育质量的方方面面。在这种情况下,本文试图研究学校管理者的持续培训如何影响管理绩效的质量,进而影响教学规划的制定,这种规划与基于使用信息和通信技术的教学实践的插入以及从创新角度采用的方法的采用相辅相成。
