First, high-quality perovskite single crystals were successfully prepared by optimizing the growth conditions. Secondly, the structure, optical and electrical properties are characterized in detail, and the single crystal is found to be excellent. Moreover, the application of perovskite single crystal in radiation detection was also studied, and the results showed its high sensitivity, low detection limit and rapid response.
