At present, the studies on negotiation discourse mainly focus on diplomatic and commercial negotiations, with few studies in the context of medical insurance negotiations. Thus, this paper takes the negotiation of the national medical insurance catalogue as the research data, applies the theoretical framework of the Pragmatic Stance Cone, and analyzes the stance construction from three dimensions —the conveyance of information, affection and attitude. The paper aims to deepen the relevant researches of pragmatic stance in negotiation discourse in China and is of important practical significance for its multi-perspective and multi-context research.
