In addition, this study also wants to prove the influence of financial management which is strengthened by financial satisfaction to be able to achieve psychological wellbeing conditions. The study was conducted on 400 life insurance agents based in Surabaya. The results showed that 62.5% of insurance agents have achieved psychological wellbeing with the condition of having no debt and not facing difficulties when making decisions related to finance. Insurance agents who are disciplined in managing their finances are less likely to experience financial-related problems. This condition is then more likely to achieve financial satisfaction, which in turn will strengthen the process towards achieving financial wellbeing. Other facts found that financial knowledge and financial attitude also contribute to the creation of financial satisfaction. Crosstab analysis results show that of the 74.5% of life insurance agents who stated to achieve financial satisfaction, 69% of them had a high level of financial knowledge and 67.5% of them had a good financial attitude.
