The research community was identified by students of Faculties of Physical Education and Sports Sciences (fourth stage) in the universities (Diyala - Tikrit - Mosul - Kirkuk) for the academic year (2018/2019) for the morning study, which amounted to (551) Students (*) As for the research, it was chosen randomly from the University of Kirkuk / College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, whose number is (42) students who have high scores in the scale and a percentage of (37.83%) of the fourth stage students, who are (101) students Divided into two groups, an experimental group and a control group for the purpose of implementing the counseling program to solve problems on them. 摘要

该研究旨在:1- 根据问题解决方法为体育与运动科学学院的学生编制一些田径活动的指导方案;2- 了解根据问题解决方法编制的辅导方案对体育与运动科学学院的学生在一些田径活动中的实际成绩焦虑的影响。由于适合研究性质,研究者采用了两组人数相等的实验方法。研究群体由大学(迪亚拉-提克里特-摩苏尔-基尔库克)体育教育与运动科学学院(第四阶段)学生确定,学年(2018/2019)为上午研究,共计(551)名学生(*)至于研究对象,则从基尔库克大学/体育教育与运动科学学院随机选取,其人数为(42)名量表得分较高的学生,比例为(37.83% )的第四阶段学生,他们是(101 名)学生。分为两组,一组是实验组,另一组是对照组,目的是实施辅导计划,解决他们身上的问题。研究人员采用 SPSST 统计方法得出以下结论:1- 使用问题解决方法降低了实际成绩。2- 让学生参加专门的心理辅导课程和研讨会,引导他们强化积极的案例,控制焦虑表现,并以积极的方式控制这些表现。
