摘要

本研究旨在确定招聘、职业发展和培训对工作满意度的影响。采用饱和法的非概率抽样技术。研究对象为南雅加达 PT Ninety Six Degrees (Flash Coffee) 公司的 87 名员工。本研究采用多元线性回归方法,并使用 SPSS 25 版程序和 Microsoft Excel 2016 作为辅助工具。结果显示,招聘(X1)对工作满意度(Y)有显著影响,职业发展(X2)对工作满意度(Y)有显著影响,培训(X3)对工作满意度(Y)有显著影响。
