Simultaneously, the main issues in the current monitoring technique for super high-rise buildings were summed and development trends of monitoring methods were discussed. 摘要

:随着城市化进程的加快,中国的超高层建筑数量急剧增加。然而,超高层建筑的运行和维护问题也日益突出。因此,超高层建筑的使用安全问题受到广泛关注。在总结分析超高层建筑动态特征参数识别的理论方法和实际应用的基础上,提出了以时域、频域、时频域和新型模态识别方法为代表的超高层建筑结构监测技术的特点。随后,比较了每种监测方法和系统的优势和局限性。同时,总结了当前超高层建筑监测技术存在的主要问题,并探讨了监测方法的发展趋势。最后,梳理了动态特性识别在超高层建筑监测中的应用,为提高超高层建筑动态特性识别的准确性、有效性和可靠性提供参考依据,为提高我国超高层建筑运行维护水平提供参考。
