摘要

前列腺切除术后放疗(RT)是前列腺癌患者常用的二线治疗方法。在III期随机NRG-GU003试验中,前列腺切除术后低分量RT(HYPORT)与前列腺切除术后传统分量RT(COPORT)在患者报告的泌尿生殖系统(GU)和胃肠道(GI)症状方面进行了比较。共有 296 名患者随机接受了 HYPORT(144 人)或 COPORT(152 人)治疗。HYPORT组与COPORT组在RT后患者报告的GU症状方面没有发现差异,而且在RT后6个月和12个月这些结果仍保持不变。在 RT 治疗结束时,接受 HYPORT 治疗的患者比 COPORT 组患者报告的消化道症状更严重,但这种差异在 6 个月内消失。中位随访时间为 2.1 年,两组患者的消化道和泌尿系统症状无差异。这些结果表明,对于前列腺切除术后的前列腺癌患者来说,HYPORT 可以作为一种新的可接受的实践标准,其好处是可以减少时间投入和治疗相关费用,从而有可能增加治疗机会。
