The genetic algorithm based on the tabu search strategy is utilized to address the problem. A comparison is conducted between the computational results based on the classical genetic algorithm and the designed algorithm, revealing a 18.92% reduction in total calculation time consumption and a 1.11% improvement in accuracy.
