Nonetheless, the role of sTREM2 in the depression progression remains unclear. This study aimed to investigate the association between CSF sTREM2 levels and longitudinal trajectories of depression.</p> </span> <span> <h3>Methods</h3> <p>Data from the Alzheimer’s Disease Neuroimaging Initiative (ADNI) Study were used. CSF sTREM2 levels and depression were measured using an ELISA-based assay and the Geriatric Depression Scale (GDS-15), respectively. Linear mixed-effect models were employed to assess the relationships between CSF sTREM2 levels and GDS scores.</p> </span> <span> <h3>Results</h3> <p>A total of 1,017 participants were enrolled at baseline, with a mean follow-up time of 4.65 years. Association between Cerebrospinal Fluid sTREM2 Levels and Depression: The Alzheimer’s Disease Neuroimaging Initiative Study
Abstract
Objective
