摘要

:地铁站与地铁站周边集水区之间存在互动关系,地铁站周边土地的集水区与接驳方式密切相关。目前,地铁乘客主要通过步行、骑自行车和公交车到达地铁站,而三种接驳方式的集水区是不同的。为了明确地铁站的集水区,有必要对地铁站三种接驳方式的集水区进行研究。本研究从每种接驳方式的广义接驳成本入手,构建广义接驳成本模型,特别是考虑到乘客随着接驳距离的增加而产生的心理变化。在此基础上,利用 Logit-SUE 模型构建了不同类型、不同区域地铁站内不同接驳方式优越接驳距离的概率密度曲线。以北京地铁 4 号线为研究案例,通过分析 4 号线各站点的概率密度曲线,计算出各地铁站不同接驳方式的优势接驳范围,并将优势接驳范围作为各类接驳方式的覆盖区域。
