As technology has become a main figure in our daily lives, technological advances have paid a great interest in improving the quality of sleep by enhancing the detection of sleep-related disorders and sleep abnormalities, particularly in the setting of smart homes and the Internet of Things (IoT). Smartphone applications, portable wearable gadgets, and devices along with more sophisticated and precise algorithms are now endeavoring to help us improve our quality of sleep and subsequently our quality of life. 摘要

随着人们对提高生活质量和心理健康的关注日益增加,睡眠卫生和睡眠质量最近成为众多研究的主要课题。睡眠质量不仅影响我们的身体状况,而且对我们的心理和情绪状态也起着举足轻重的作用。睡眠不足会增加罹患心血管疾病和新陈代谢疾病的风险,也会影响注意力,进而导致交通伤害和交通事故。随着科技成为我们日常生活的主角,科技进步通过加强对睡眠相关疾病和睡眠异常的检测,对改善睡眠质量产生了极大的兴趣,尤其是在智能家居和物联网(IoT)的环境中。现在,智能手机应用程序、便携式可穿戴小工具和设备以及更复杂、更精确的算法都在努力帮助我们改善睡眠质量,进而提高生活质量。因此,本综述旨在生动展示智能家居及其相关技术在改善睡眠质量方面的最新进展。

Acta Medica Iranica it is an international journal with multidisciplinary scope which publishes original research papers, review articles, case reports, and letters to the editor from all over the world. The journal has a wide scope and allows scientists, clinicians, and academic members to publish their original works in this field.
