The results show that nutrition facts play an important role in online purchases of new or unfamiliar foods. Control over one’s own diet and a higher income also make digital natives more interested in ordering food online. 移动电子商务的出现重塑并简化了数字原生一代的购物体验。以下问题是本研究的出发点:营养标签对购买决策是否重要?移动电子商务中食品营养标签的新形式能否成为告知年轻一代并丰富其购物体验的最佳方式?本研究延续了作者对年轻一代食品偏好的研究,对 364 名学生样本进行了定量研究。本文旨在找出影响网上食品订单的因素,以及营养标签可以提升消费者购买体验和饮食习惯的方式。研究结果表明,营养成分对网购新食品或不熟悉的食品起着重要作用。对自身饮食的控制和较高的收入也使数字原住民对网上订餐更感兴趣。使用移动格式的营养标签将是食品行业将营养数据转化为附加值的必要更新,有助于消费者获得均衡饮食和个性化营养需求,也有助于政策制定者调整营养标准和政策,使其朝着更健康、更负责任的消费模式发展。
