In this review, the state-of-the-art developments in thermosensitive hydrogels for precision therapy are investigated, which covers from the thermo-gelling mechanisms and main components to biomedical applications, including wound healing, anti-tumor activity, osteogenesis, and periodontal, sinonasal and ophthalmic diseases.
