摘要

随着全球肥胖率和老年人口的不断增加，肌肉松弛性肥胖的发病率也在不断上升，已成为一个全球性的公共卫生问题。肌肉松弛性肥胖不仅会增加癌症的发病率，而且与各种癌症的不良临床预后相关，如手术并发症、死亡风险增加，甚至可能对化疗产生影响。本文综述了肌肉疏松性肥胖的定义和诊断、肌肉疏松性肥胖与癌症的临床相关性及潜在机制，以期为我国今后的临床实践提供参考。
