摘要

乳腺恶性腺上皮瘤（MAME）是一种罕见肿瘤，发病率不到原发性乳腺癌的1%，发病率低、组织形态多样，给MAME的准确诊断和临床治疗带来了挑战。本文报告了一例导管内乳头状生长型乳腺MAME，并总结了近5年来乳腺MAME的临床特征、病理特征、诊断、治疗和预后。
