The one- hole plate was used in 72% of the patients. Mean follow-up was 18.07 months (range 6-30 months). Full weight bearing instruction was given to 85.9% of the patients. Partial weight bearing in 14.1% of the patients. In conclusion, the FNS has similar revision ratio when used for femoral neck fractures compared to cannulated screw fixation in literature.
