Firstly, the animal models of ADHD, which display the core symptoms of ADHD as well as with learning and memory impairment. Secondly, the molecular mechanism of has explored, including some neurotransmitters, receptors, RNAs, etc. Thirdly, the susceptibility gene of ADHD related to the learning and impairment in order to have a more comprehensive understanding of the pathogenesis. 摘要

多动症(ADHD)是一种常见的慢性神经发育障碍,以持续的注意力不集中、多动、冲动为特征,常伴有学习和记忆障碍。大量证据表明,多动症的学习记忆障碍在其执行功能缺陷中起着重要作用,严重影响其学业、认知和日常社交能力的发展,将给家庭和社会带来严重负担。随着人们对多动症学习记忆障碍的日益重视,相关研究也逐渐增多。本文将从以下几个方面介绍目前关于多动症学习记忆障碍的研究成果。首先,介绍多动症的动物模型,这些动物模型既表现出多动症的核心症状,又伴有学习和记忆障碍。第二,探讨其分子机制,包括一些神经递质、受体、RNA等。第三,探讨与学习和记忆障碍相关的多动症易感基因,以便更全面地了解其发病机制。关键词学习与记忆 多动症 综述
