In the adolescent sample, the intervention increased knowledge about anxiety disorders (d = 1.04) and improved attitudes about coping strategies (d = 0.99). 摘要

青少年焦虑和焦虑症信息手册的编写与评估 低心理健康素养和害怕被羞辱是阻碍青少年寻求专业帮助的两大障碍。为此,我们编写了一本关于青少年焦虑症的宣传手册。为了对小册子的质量做出初步评价,由(儿童和青少年)心理治疗师、精神科医生和心理学家组成的 19 位专家对小册子的初版进行了内容有效性和年龄适宜性方面的评分。为了评估知识的有效性和手册的可接受性,14 至 17 岁的 N = 174 名青少年(106 名女性,66 名男性,2 名非二元)(M = 16.56 岁;SD = 0.57)对修订版进行了评估。在青少年样本中,干预增加了对焦虑症的了解(d = 1.04),改善了对应对策略的态度(d = 0.99)。专家评分结果表明,小册子内容的有效性是可以肯定的。
