Problems that arise in the employment sector, especially related to termination of employment due to Force Majeure, the Covid-19 pandemic can be categorized in the Force Majeure group because Covid-19 is an unplanned disaster and beyond the power of both parties so that the company cannot fulfill its achievements here.
