Many businesses have begun to implement a new method of working in order to accommodate different changes in working hours and the possibility of working from home. The goal of this study was to fill in the gaps by looking into numerous possible determinants of job satisfaction and employee performance while working from home, such as work–life balance and work stress, as well as the influence of COVID-19. This study is descriptive design, a cross sectional study, the data is collected using primary methods that is widely accepted to measure the job satisfaction and employee performance during working from home. Results: Age of respondent was100% of the respondents belong to the category of the age group 18-30. Gender of the respondents -68.2% of the respondents were male while 31.8 % of the respondents belong to the female category. Occupation of the respondents - 86.4% of the respondents were students while 13.6% belong to the employed category. As the significance value that is .072 so it depicts that Covid-19 has a statistically 0.72 impact on Employee performance. 摘要

2020 年初肆虐的冠状病毒(COVID-19)改变了人们的生活和生计,也改变了世界各地的行业和组织。许多企业开始实施新的工作方法,以适应工作时间的不同变化和在家工作的可能性。本研究的目的是通过研究在家工作时工作满意度和员工绩效的众多可能决定因素(如工作与生活的平衡、工作压力以及 COVID-19 的影响)来填补空白。本研究采用描述性设计,是一项横断面研究,数据收集采用了被广泛接受的主要方法,以衡量在家工作期间的工作满意度和员工绩效。研究结果100% 的受访者年龄在 18-30 岁之间。受访者性别 - 68.2% 的受访者为男性,31.8% 的受访者为女性。受访者的职业 - 86.4% 的受访者为学生,13.6% 的受访者为在职人员。由于显著性值为 0.072,因此 Covid-19 对员工绩效的影响为 0.72。在家工作可能是反应集体主义环境的一个积极指标。
