Participants aged 18 and above were identified using relevant ICD-10 CM codes. Adjusted odds ratios for outcomes were calculated through multivariable logistic regression. The primary outcome was inpatient mortality, with secondary outcomes including system-based complications.</p>\n </section>\n \n <section>\n \n <h3> Results</h3>\n \n <p>We identified 322,090 patients with primary discharge diagnosis of HF with comorbid AF. Among them, 0.73% (2355/322,090) also had a concurrent diagnosis of COVID-19.
